Shipment processing time

We are nothing like Amazon but we will try to get your order to you as fast as we can. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for Shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or text.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If any of your items are damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or new product. If a new product is requested please allow the allotted time length of our shipping guidelines. 

Satisfaction

Not feeling the drip? If you're not satisfied with your option, we will replace it with another or your choice based on availability. Please reach out for shipping return instructions.
